N-55 Titanium Dioxide is specially developed to get a maximum covering hiding power of whiteness and fixing, N-55 has highly and quick disperse ability because of its Nano Technology and this make it different in all other Titanium Dioxide in all over the world. N-55 is specially designed for the Texitile printing, Coating industry, and otehr field like, Paint, Plastic, Rubber, Coating inks, Skin finishes and Road paint, N-55 compatible with water, Binder, Emulsifiers, Thickeners etc, For adjustment of appearance of the paste. It gives excellent colour and high opacity and good durability.

Print paste: 2.0-2.5% dry content of alginate in print paste
Method of making paste: Add alginate into water with high speed stirring, keep stirring for 2hrs and make sure that alginate completely swells. Stir again before using.
Storage: store in a cool dry place

Notes: Alginate whyetex stock thickener is supposed to be stable for normal use. However, under high temperature and high humidity, it is suggested that preservative be added into stock thickener, e.g. 2 g/kg formaldehyde solution (40%) or 2 g/kg parachlorometacresol.
If water hardness is high, 1-2% SHMP is suggested to be used in water before adding alginate.
